1) About us

This website is operated by ArtFox Jewelry Studio (“we”, “us”). Our studio is in Türkiye; we sell worldwide.

2) Using our site

By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice. Where consumer protection laws in your country grant you mandatory rights, those prevail.

3) Products & orders

• Each piece is handcrafted; small variations in texture/finish are normal and part of the art.

• By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse/cancel orders for suspected fraud, inability to fulfill, or legal reasons.

4) Pricing, taxes & payments

Prices are shown in potential buyer currency. Taxes and duties at destination aren’t included unless stated at checkout. Third-party payment fees are non-refundable once charged by the provider.

5) Production & shipping

Production/dispatch times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

6) Returns & cancellations

Please see our Return & Refund Policy. Custom/personalized items are generally non-returnable unless faulty, as allowed by law.

7) Custom & personalized designs

We can add changes in designs, add enamel, chains, engravings, gemstones, and other elements on request. Custom timelines and pricing will be confirmed before work starts.

8) Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and logos are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

9) User content (reviews/social)

If you tag or submit photos/reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our website and social channels, unless you withdraw consent by emailing artfoxjewelry@gmail.com

10) Warranties & liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the site “as is”. We don’t exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. For EU customers, your statutory legal guarantee applies.

11) Safety & compliance

Our silver and gold pieces carry official hallmarks (e.g., 925 Sterling Silver or relevant fineness). We follow EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and maintain an EU authorized representative (see Legal Notice). 

12) Governing law

Unless mandatory local consumer law applies, these Terms are governed by Turkish law, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Istanbul. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU ODR platform.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
